Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QBO Connector, a service operated by Weaf Company Uganda Limited ("Weaf", "we", "us") that connects QuickBooks Online to national tax-fiscalization systems (URA EFRIS in Uganda, ZRA Smart Invoice in Zambia, and MRA EIS in Malawi). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 The service

QBO Connector synchronizes documents and master data between your QuickBooks Online company and the relevant tax authority, so that invoices, receipts, credit notes, and stock movements can be fiscalized in line with local requirements. Features available to you depend on your country and subscription.

2 Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account and tax-registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be authorized to bind your business and to connect its QuickBooks and tax-authority accounts.

3 Fees & renewals

Access to QBO Connector is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. The first year covers setup and integration; subsequent years renew annually. Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary date unless cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4 Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the data in QuickBooks (items, SKUs, customers, tax codes, TINs) is accurate, since it is used to fiscalize your documents.
  • Comply with all applicable tax laws and the rules of your tax authority.
  • Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
  • Review fiscalized documents and report discrepancies promptly.

5 Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Intuit (QuickBooks Online) and the tax authorities (URA, ZRA, MRA). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by these third parties, though we work to handle such events gracefully.

6 Availability & support

We aim to keep the service available and provide support as described in your plan. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service to improve reliability and compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption.

7 Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that fiscalization will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly where a tax authority or QuickBooks is unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weaf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. You remain responsible for your own tax compliance.

8 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as liability and payment obligations) will continue to apply.

9 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
